The lighters design is a celebration of the English countrysides gentle beauty. Across its acrylic panels, an Emperor motha traditional symbol of transformation and renewalsoars through a tranquil field of blue cornflowers and tall grass. The reverse intaglio technique, once used to create the original Aquarium lighters, brings the scene vividly to life. Each of the lucite panels is first carved, then meticulously foiled and painted from within to achieve a rich, three-dimensional effect that has become the signature of dunhills aquarium artistry.
Encased within the hand-crafted artwork is a palladium-plated, removable Dunhill Turbo lightera technical marvel first introduced over a century ago as the Houses rugged sports lighter. It has since been refined into a state-of-the-art jet flame system powered by butane and designed for reliable ignition in all weather conditions.
